Reba On The Rumor She Called Taylor Swift A Brat
A rumour is floating around on social media that Reba McEntire once called Taylor Swift an “entitled little brat” straight to her face.
Like most of the “news” on social media, it’s garbage.
The story came from a fake news site, one that peppers in just enough silliness to call itself “satire.”
They claimed Reba checked the jumbotron while singing the anthem at the Super Bowl, and saw Taylor drinking and being disrespectful.
Most people on Facebook just saw the headline, which seemed real enough. It didn’t say anything about satire, so Reba felt the need to call the site out on Instagram.
She said it’s complete nonsense.
“Please don’t believe everything you see on the Internet. I did not say this.”
She said Taylor is a “wonderful artist” and a “strong role model,” who’s “done so much good for so many people, and the music industry.”
