There’s a guy in St. Louis named Gregory Beck who’s lost both legs and most of his vision to diabetes. And he was making his way home last Tuesday when tornado sirens went off.
But no one stopped to help him, until a 16-year-old named Seth Phillips hopped out of his mom’s car and pushed him the rest of the way, about a quarter of a mile uphill to get him home.

Police in Ocala, Florida say an 11-foot, 6-inches long alligator was spotted traveling down a street there. Authorities monitored the gator until the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) could arrive and capture the creature. The FWC relocated the gator to a secluded area.
Usually when you grab a shopping cart it’s empty. However, a cart attendant at a Walmart in Texas got a scare after discovering a large rat snake inside a group of carts. The Police posted about the incident on Facebook, saying the woman’s loud scream drew the attention of an officer in the area. Officials called a snake handler to come help relocate the creature. Recent heavy rains are blamed for forcing a lot of snakes out of their natural habitats.

Will Smith snuck into a showing of “Aladdin” at a theater in Calabasas over the weekend. He went unnoticed throughout the movie, as did his wife Jada Pinkett Smith and kids, Jaden and Willow. After the movie ended, Smith revealed himself, and the theater went nuts. He posed for photos and shook hands with fans

Guy Is Busted for Robbing the Same Dairy Queen Twice in the Same Day
A 42 year old man barged into a Dairy Queen in Pueblo, Colorado. He had several guns on him and got all of the cash from the register.
He tried to carjack someone to get away, but he failed, so he took off running and got away before the cops could find him.
And he MIGHT’VE gotten away with the robbery . . . except that two hours later, he went back to rob the same Dairy Queen AGAIN. And he tried to carjack a getaway car again . . . but failed again. So he ran away on foot . . . again.
But this time, the cops set up a perimeter and they were able to catch him.
He’s facing multiple charges.

Guy Shoplifted from a Store Twice . . . and in Between, He Applied for a Job
A 36-year-old guy went into a Sportsman’s Warehouse in Gillette, Wyoming on Wednesday and shoplifted some sunglasses and ammo.
Then a few hours later, he went back to the store . . . and applied for a JOB.
And then on the way out, he shoplifted two more pairs of sunglasses.
The store called the cops, and they were easily able to track the guy down since they had all of his info thanks to the job application.
The guy was charged with theft . . . and we’re thinking he didn’t get the job.

TODAY’S GOOD NEWS
29-year-old Frank Baez moved to New York from the Dominican Republic when he was 15, and barely spoke any English.
But he managed to land a job as a janitor at NYU’s nursing school to support his family. And check out how far he’s come . . .The janitor job got him interested in medicine. So he applied for another job as a patient transporter, wheeling people around for tests and surgeries. And he was great with patients.
He eventually left that job though, to get his bachelor’s degree at Hunter College, and was the first person in his family to ever graduate. But he knew he wanted to work in healthcare. So after that, he applied to NYU, the same school where he worked as a janitor. And on Monday, he got his NURSING DEGREE.
He finished with a 3.6 GPA from an accelerated program that allowed him to graduate in 15 months. And he’s already set his next goal to become a critical care nurse in the ICU.
He says none of it has been easy for him. He just works hard and refuses to give up.

A 12-year-old Chinese boy may just have come up with the best invention since…the clothesline.
Lu Jiezhen, a sixth-grade student in Nanning, was awarded first prize at a regional science and innovation contest for creating an automatic clothes-drying rack that retracts whenever it detects rain – and extends again when the sky clears.
The boy came up with the idea after being asked by his mother to bring the clothes in after they had dried, and being 12 years old, he forgot, the clothes got rained on, and his mom yelled at him. Lu’s invention features sensors that detect rain drops and retract the rack under a water-proof tarp to keep them dry.
It also has a light-sensitive sensor, so when the sky clears and the sun shines again, it retracts the tarp and re-extends the drying rack. The automatic rack can even measure the wetness of the clothes and retract under the tarp when they are completely dry.

Justin Moore is Not Cooking a Separate Dinner for the Kids
Does this sound familiar? No matter what you’re eating for dinner, your kids are having chicken nuggets or mac and cheese . . . because those are the only things they’ll eat.
Well, JUSTIN MOORE doesn’t play that game. His kids eat the same stuff he and his wife do. And because his kids are so used to it, they actually like it.
He says, QUOTE, “People are always amazed cause my kids would rather have broccoli and grilled chicken or whatever. My friends are like, ‘How do you get them to do that?’
“We didn’t give ’em another option. I’m not cooking two dinners. And obviously for the nutrition [and] that aspect, too.”
Justin’s kids are picky about certain things, who isn’t. But it sounds like they don’t raise too much of a fuss. He adds, quote, “There are certain things they don’t like, but at the same time they do eat pretty well.”

BRETT YOUNG, CHARLES KELLEY CELEBRATE CHART-TOPPING HIT – (05/29/2019)
Brett Young joined with writers Ben Caver, Justin Ebach and Lady Antebellum‘s Charles Kelley to celebrate their collaborative Number One hit, “Here Tonight,” with a party in Nashville yesterday (Tuesday, May 28th). The four co-wrote the song while Brett was on the road opening for Lady A, and Charles tells us he caught wind of the writing session and created an opportunity for himself. [“The very un-shy guy that I am I said, ‘You guys writing a song?’ I said, ‘Well, if y’all need any extra inspiration I’m available today.’ Anytime you can kind of hop in there . . . Obviously Brett had had so much success and we’ve become buddies and I wanted to be a part of whatever his journey was. It’s always fun to kind of soak up some of these guys’ energy that are really on a hot streak like he was and we just went in there and had a good time and had this idea started and just kind of came out.”]
“Here Tonight” was a two-week Number One on the Billboard country chart. It was the lead single from Brett’s newest album, Ticket To L.A.
