A Life Saved
A guy in New Jersey crashed his ATV in the woods last month, and was missing for 24 hours. Cops eventually found the ATV, and then found him lying in the snow half-a-mile away.
He was barely alive and had hypothermia, and their chest-cams got it all on video.
They put their coats on him to warm him up.
But one of the cops is a former Marine and James Thonus raised Tom McHugh’s body temperature using a strategy learned in the marines of stripping down, getting top of the person, and giving the sternum rubs.
The guy ended up making a full recovery.
