Rescued Dog And Rescued Deer
Firefighters near Vancouver, British Columbia rescued a dog that got stuck inside a sewer pipe recently and couldn’t turn around. They lowered a hose down through a manhole, hoping he would grab onto it, and he did. Then they pulled him back up, and he was fine. They say he just needed a bath really bad.
Earlier this month, police in New York came to the rescue of a young deer, which got its leg caught in a chain-link fence. The cops used their batons to widen the gap in the fence, and then posted video of the rescue on Facebook.
