1. A woman in Michigan was paying for gas when a total stranger said, “You should buy a $30 lottery ticket. I bet you’ll win $4 million.” So she went ahead and bought one . . . and it hit for $4 million. That was the grand prize on the ticket she bought.
2. Instead of a tip, someone bought a $10 Keno ticket for a 79-year-old woman who sells them at a place in Massachusetts . . . and it hit for $2,000. The guy who gave it to her played the same numbers and also won $2,000. The best part is she wasn’t even supposed to be at work that day. She was covering for a coworker.
3. A 19-year-old guy in San Francisco was a victim of gun violence last year and lost his eyesight. But he won’t let it hold him back, and still plans to be a pro skateboarder.
