Good News

1. Two of Charles Darwin’s notebooks from the 1800s went missing from Cambridge University’s library in 2001. But they just announced someone returned them last month. They were left outside the librarian’s office with a note that said “Happy Easter.”

2. A 94-year-old World War Two vet in New Jersey recently lost his house to a fire, along with everything he owned. But now people in his community have raised over $170,000 to help him out. He says it proved to him that there are still a lot of good people in the world.
