Construction Worker Wins Big After Skipping Work
A construction worker from Maryland is $100,000 richer, all because he decided to skip work.
The 58-year-old was headed to work when he found out he was not needed on the job site that day, so he stopped by a Liquor store and bought some scratch-off ticket.
He scratched them off in the store and realized he has won the top prize on one of them.
He headed straight home to share the news with his girlfriend and three children.
He plans to use the prize to help his family, take care of his girls, purchase a few necessities and maybe take a vacation.
