Found Dog, Unlocked Library And Ukranian Refugees

Good News

1. A website where people in Europe can sign up to house Ukranizn refugees briefly went down the other day. It crashed because so many people in the U.K. were trying to sign up to help. In the first 24 hours, over 100,000 people registered.

2. A library in New Zealand was supposed to be closed for a national holiday last month, but someone left the doors unlocked. So almost 400 people used the library that day, and checked out 150 books with an automated machine. But even with no workers there, zero books were stolen.

3. Speaking of books, a woman in Virginia named Jennifer Williams is on a mission to give one million books away to kids across the U.S.. She’s already handed out over 90,000 of them.

4. A dog in Colorado that was assumed dead after getting caught up in an avalanche and going missing for several nights . . . was found alive and healthy.
