Shaboozey Hits #1 On The Billboard Hot 100
Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” is now #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
He’s been at the top of the Hot Country Songs chart AND Billboard Hot 100, the first time ever for a Black male artist.
And it’s only the second time in history that a Black artist has had the #1 song on both those two charts.
Beyoncé and her song “Texas Hold ‘Em” held that honour earlier this year.
Shaboozey has been releasing songs for over a decade, so, when it comes to the huge success of his song “Tipsy”, he said, “We were pretty prepared for this moment.”
