Is Shania Twain The Oilers Lucky Charm?
Shania Twain is a force of nature, but is she powerful enough that she affected the outcome of Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals?
The Florida Panthers were up 3-0 on the Edmonton Oilers and were on the verge of a sweep on Saturday, June 15.
Before the game, Shania gave a FREE concert for Edmonton fans, with chants of “We want the Cup.”
Shania then sat in the crowd and cheered the Oilers on as they dominated the Panthers 8-1.
And right before the final horn sounded, the entire crowd sang a rendition of “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!”.
After the big win, Shania went into the Oilers locker room and gave everyone high fives.
But now all the Oilers fans are wondering one thing… will she be in Florida tonight for game 5?
If she doesn’t make the trip, and the Oilers lose, then we’ll know who to blame.
