Luke Combs Wanted To Be A Homicide Detective
If Luke Combs hadn’t made it in country music, he might be bustin’ bad guys right now.
Someone reposted a clip from an old interview about it with Jimmy Kimmel where Luke shared that he studied criminal justice at Appalachian State, and was only 21 credits away from graduating when he dropped out.
He likes solving puzzles, so that’s why he thought detective work might be a good fit. And it’s also a big reason why he likes writing songs.
“It’s a puzzle that has no pieces. So you MAKE the pieces, and then you have to put them together.”
