Kenny Chesney Thinking Of Fans While Working On New Album
Kenny Chesney is back in the studio working on a new album, hanging out, writing songs, and “experimenting and playing with different kinds of music.”
He said he has a “clear vision” of what he wants to accomplish with the new music.
Now, he’s just figuring out which songs will make the record, adding that he can’t wait to play it for his fans and see which songs they like best.
“The fact that they choose this music and me as a person is something that you don’t think of when you’re dreaming this dream or going down the highway and it just goes to show you that you can go in the studio and you can record songs and you can whisk them up the chart and get lost in the business of doing business. People are actually out there listening and living their life with this music and it’s pretty cool.”
Kenny is hitting this road this summer for his “Sun Goes Down” stadium tour with Zac Brown Band, Megan Moroney and Uncle Kracker. It includes a stop at Ford Field in Detroit on August 10.
