Jake Owen Says “Life Is So Much Better” Since He Quit Drinking
Jake Owen hopped on Instagram and encouraged fans who are thinking about quitting drinking to DO IT.
He’s been sober just under two years and says life is great.
He posted a long message on his Instagram Story and said it was his 689th day without booze, so, next month will be two years.
He said he didn’t have a “drinking problem” but, he was “just being an *expletive*” and a person he didn’t want to be.
“There’s [probably] someone reading this that I affected in my days of being an idiot, and I can never take that back. I said things I shouldn’t, as well as did things I would never do sober.”
He said if you’re considering quitting drinking, you should because “life is so much better.”
