Dan + Shay Talk Power Washing
In a recent interview, Dan + Shay said they’re close to finishing their next album, but one thing is holding it up.
Dan Smyers, who said he can’t stop tweaking it.
“I’m still obsessing over mixes. I need to turn it in ASAP.”
Shay Mooney talked about what it sounds like.
“There are songs about exactly where we’re at in our lives. There’s love, there’s loss, there’s fun.”
The album will be out by the end of the year.
Meanwhile, the subject of power washing came up, as it does, and Dan was all over that.
“The problem is you think your ground has a little bit of stuff on it, and then you start power washing, and you’re like ‘Wow, this is filthy. And when you get one spot or section, you gotta get it all. You can’t stop halfway. It’s a several-day process.”
