John Osborne Reveals Wife Is Pregnant Live At CMA Awards
Brothers Osborne took home the CMA for Duo of the Year at the CMA Awards on Wednesday, November 9th.
While accepting the award, John Osborne accidentally let everyone know that his wife Lucie is pregnant.
“Lucy didn’t know. I guess I got nervous. I didn’t know what to say. Well, Wynonna was standing right next to us and you look up and see the clock going. I’m like so nervous right now. We never prepare a speech. We never expect to win, and I looked over out of the corner of my eye and saw Lucy sitting there and just my heart filled up and . . . I don’t know. It’s not really like me to do it but I just wanted to tell the world.”
Lucie and John tell People they are expecting twins in the spring.
