Jon Pardi Knew He Was Going To Be A Country Star In Preschool
Jon Pardi already had his career path mapped out when he was in preschool.
He explained in a recent interview with “American Songwriter”.
“I went to preschool, and I told them I was going to be Merle Haggard, Randy Travis, and George Strait.” Those three guys are legends for many reasons, one being that they did it year after year after year. [It] about the longevity. That’s what makes me a little different. With my career, sometimes it takes a little longer. I don’t have a rocket ship. I have a 1952 warplane that is just cruising. We’re staying at a steady pace.”
