Mother’s Day Is A Big Deal For Chris Young
Mother’s Day has become more important for Chris Young since becoming an adult.
He tells us he now realizes how special his mom is and was, and makes sure he celebrates her on Sunday, May 9th.
“When I was growing up we didn’t have a whole lot of money to go do stuff, and we kind of never realize that this kids. So, it made me realize just about being cheesy how special a parent that I had because of the time she was a single mom, and she was absolutely amazing — still is — so, we always make sure that she feels the love on Mother’s Day for sure.”
Chris is making his way up the charts with his latest single, “Famous Friends,” featuring Kane Brown.
The two recently performed the song on the ACM Awards.
