Cook, Anne (Aged 85, Chatham)

Anne Cook passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the age of 85.

Anne was born in Dover Township on September 23, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Jack and Ferrol (Crackel) Stacey.

Beloved wife of the late Clifford “Roy” Cook (1997).

Loving mother of Sally (Glenn) Ross of Oshawa.

Sadly missed by grandchildren, Jaclyn (Dale) of Hamilton and Ian (Tiffany) of Oshawa.

Dear sister of Louise Hawley of Chatham, the late Lyle Stacey and the late Betty Liberty.

Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service will take place at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 81 Selkirk Street, Chatham, ON, on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11 a.m., with Elaine Wilcox, officiating.

A private family interment will take place at Arnold Cemetery at a later date.

A 1953 Registered Nurse graduate of St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing, Anne had just attended her 65th anniversary in early May.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, ON.
