Chatham Concert Band – Saturday Morning Feeder Program

Date: September 13th, 9:00 am

The Chatham Concert Band  offers free group instruction through its Saturday morning “feeder” program, teaching instrumental music to young and old alike.
Sign-up takes place this Saturday,September 13that the  bandshell in Tecumseh Park, downtown Chatham, from 10 am until Noon.  Just go to the side door!
Anyone age 7 and up who likes music is invited….even retirees!
Classes will follow each Saturday thereafter at 9, 10, or 11 am, depending on musical experience, if any.
Absolute beginners will start on a “recorder” and the cost for a recorder and instruction book is about $20.  The instruction, by members of the Chatham Concert band, is totally free!
Brass and woodwind instruments are provided by the Concert Band  to advanced students on an “as-available” basis, and by the way, if anyone has a clarinet, saxophone, trumpet or other wind instrument to donate to the Band, please call the leader of the feeder program, Carol Revell, at 519-351-4787, or visit the Band’s website at:
